I’m a small-town girl who loves being outdoors, but I’ve also come to enjoy city life after my husband became a professional firefighter.
We are raising two amazing children and have a dog named Coraline. She is a Border Collie and Australian Shepard mix. She is full of energy, and our children love to chase her around the yard and play fetch!
In addition to my family, I LOVE flowers, which you could probably guess from my site design. I take pride in and cherish the time I spend helping my grandmother in her garden.
Other fun facts about me: I enjoy coffee, fresh air, and playing at the park with my children. We turn meals into projects by experimenting with cooking and baking, with our kids joining in the fun. One of my personal favorite activities is reading. Reading is a staple in our family, and our home is filled with all kinds of books- picture books, textbooks, cookbooks, and hundreds of fiction and nonfiction books.
I’ve dedicated 10 years to teaching Kindergarten and meeting the unique needs of a variety of students while keeping the learning experience fun and exciting.
My experience, both in and out of the classroom, has taught me to stay organized, work efficiently, and stay task-oriented as a mom and professional; now I’m ready to offer these skills to you!
